Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.

To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to TyreSite.COM, unused in its original packaging or similar packaging, together with the receipt or we can arrange collection at the cost to the consumer. You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner. If you have an Internet order query, please contact TyreSite.COM Direct on 01702 545689, or email contact. Non faulty goods returned to us will incur a 15% restocking charge and will only be accepted at our discretion.

Tyre Warranty

Tyre manufacturer must establish liability in order for TyreSite.COM to warrant a tyre, if a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper tyre examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability to replace the tyre. It is not therefore possible to resolve tyre problems on the spot.

Before Fitting

We advise that you check for correct equipment, condition, fittings and tyre directions prior to external fitting. If for any reason a tyre is damaged or the incorrect size or if you think there maybe a problem, do not fit to your vehicle, do not drive on it, contact TyreSite.COM immediately. TyreSite.COM will not be held liable for any external charges.

Failure to include car details make, model, version, year and original tyre size at checkout may invalidate any claim.
